We’re Jen and Mark — long-time collaborators who mix strategy, copy, and design to give businesses the senior marketing support they often miss.

  • Senior Marketer

    Jen’s journey started in Nottingham, UK, detoured through London and Sydney, and eventually landed in Melbourne. She brought with her more than 20 years of senior marketing experience, a lifelong love of tea, and a knack for words that work. She’s led campaigns for global brands, shaped messaging for not-for-profits, and delivered marketing strategies that help businesses cut through the noise. With a strong foundation in copywriting, content strategy, SEO, and AI, Jen combines creativity with commercial smarts to craft marketing that’s clear, compelling, and effective.

  • Senior Creative

    Mark’s career has taken him from global advertising agencies to fast-paced design studios, as a creative director and art director, managing teams of creatives, building brands and crafting award-winning design work. He’s worked across countless industry sectors on B2B and B2C campaigns for major brands, always focused on connecting with audiences and delivering measurable results.

We first crossed paths at Grande Experiences, the company behind THE LUME Melbourne and other immersive art shows around the world.

Working together there, we discovered a shared approach: smart, efficient marketing and clear, creative storytelling that helps brands connect with their audiences.

Between us, we’ve spent decades in marketing, design, and digital strategy — working with global brands, not-for-profits, start-ups, and everything in between. Again and again, we noticed the same challenge: small and medium businesses often miss out on senior-level marketing because hiring in-house is a step too far.
